Located in the heart of Solana Beach on the iconic Highway 101, Yogurt 101 is a favorite refreshing treat and dessert stop for both locals and visitors alike. We offer eight flavors of delicious frozen yogurt and gelatos, a large toppings bar, self-serve candy bar, gourmet coffee, and refreshing drinks.  Comfortable indoor and outdoor seating allow you to hang out, spend some time with your neighbors, and watch the community walk by. Ample parking and room for bikes allow you to drop by and stay awhile. As a locally-owned business, our vision is to become YOUR FAVORITE treat and refreshment spot in Solana Beach! We look forward to becoming a pillar of our neighborhood community.

MEET OUR FOUNDERS

Hi, we are the Moreno Family, Rigo, Flor, Rigo Jr., Juan and Julia. We are the very happy owners of Yogurt 101. We are originally from Panama , but have raised our kids around the world, we have lived in Venezuela, Chile, Canada, San Diego and Sweden!. We lived in San Diego for 11 years then moved to Sweden for 2 years and now we are back to our lovely San Diego. A place we call home! Flor has a Degree in Business and is also Preschool Teacher. Rigo is a Mechanical Engineer and worked for a multinational company for 21 years, he decided to ditch the Corporate world to start something fun and enoyable, that is when we came accross Yogurt 101 and here we are!.  You will see the whole family involve in the business. 

Our vision is to become YOUR FAVORITE treat and refreshment spot in Solana Beach!. Handpicked frozen yogurt flavors, extensive healthier toppings, options for kids and adults alike, a self-serve candy bar for after school treats, with gourmet coffee and non-soda refreshments as just the starting point. While this space has been a frozen yogurt shop in Solana Beach for many years, we strive to make it THE BEST little froyo & refreshment shop it can be for our family,  friends, and most importantly for the Solana Beach community.
